Kevin: When i saw this pic attached to our build my first thought was wow, that all things virgin are shrinking fast. I once passed on a virgin wool sweater as it seemed like a lot of trouble to do a background check on the sheep. Regards Doug.

What is the bracket and control cable that is bolted to the exhaust manifold is that the throttle position sensor

Yes, The Kodiak LSA is a drive by wire throttle.
