Be careful when you put down the sealant if the bolt holes are blind. If you fill the holes even a little it can stop the bolt from threading and easily cause you to strip it.

I have a 3stage weaver pump that was rebuilt by Weaver then used for less than one hour. It comes with fittings and a bracket that fits a Chevy motor.
